Phil Recently completes a plumbing leaks analysis of 42 new town homes in Shippensburg, PA.
The contractor failed to properly test the drain lines before finish work and leaks were discovered after some of the town homes became occupied. " With the infrared camera and specialty moisture meters we were able to identify multiple areas of drain stack leaks and upper level shower drain leaks. We were able to save the owners thousands of dollars in repair expenses by isolating unseen water leaks before they could do extensive damage".
