Advanced Thermal Imaging The Master Inspection Group was the first company in the area to offer Infrared services. Thermal Imaging is an advanced technology that allows us to see below the surface of most materials using infrared. Thermal patterns are shown on the screen of these camera that look very much like a photo. We interpret the patterns and look for "anomalies" or characteristics in the material that look different from the rest. In the case of stucco / EIFS inspections we use the camera to scan large surface areas before we use our scanners to help pin point major damages. We also use the thermal imager inside the home to see potential moisture damages to floors, ceilings and walls. Our company has three high tech thermal imaging devices including the latest and most advanced FLIR T-620 imager.
Robotic Aerial Inspection and Photo Documentation The inspection of tall buildings, roofs, chimney's, and other difficult visual challenges in the course of a residential and commercial project lead us to providing this new technology to our clients. While other inspection services are providing excuses and disclaimers The Master Inspection Group is providing our clients with solutions.
Tramex Wet Wall Detector Preset for the correct EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Sytem) range thickness, the Wet Wall Moisture Detector can trace moisture even when no visible clues exist. The Tramex Wet Wall Moisture Detector is specifically for EIFS and is the only Non-Destructive moisture scanner that its signals will penetrate all the way through the coating and the EPS insulation to detect elevated moisture in the sheeting board. Its depth of penetration on most EIFs construction is in excess of 3 inches.
Delhorst BD-2100 Features a digital display and separate scales for wood, plaster/concrete, and gypsum. Measures wood moisture content over the range of 6-40%. Reference scale provides relative moisture readings in non-wood materials. This meter also features an industry-exclusive sheetrock scale to measure % moisture content in sheetrock over the range of .2% to 6.0%. Averages up to 50 accumulated readings. Adjustable, audible set point alerts you when a pre-selected % moisture content has been reached. Green, yellow and red LEDs provide at-a-glance indication of moisture conditions. One of the industry favorites for testing EIFS (Exterior Insulated Finish Systems).

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT US
Dear Phil, I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased my husband and I were with your services. When we found ourselves in need of an inspector to work with we pulled from several sources; real estate agent, personal references, and the yellow pages. After we contacted your company we were pleased to find not only did you have 27 years of inspection experience, but that you could accommodate the unusual hours that our client preferred. We really appreciate the information you exchanged with us on site during the inspection. Your attention to detail was excellent ! We also appreciated your suggestions of how we could possibly resolve problems. If we are ever in need of inspection services or have any recommendations solicited from us we will be sure to send them your way.
Thanks again, Krista McCampbell

Summary: A+ work, A+ value, A+ guy
Phil Henderson inspected a property on 4/18/16 that I am in the process of purchasing. He arrived 15 minutes early in a clean and professional looking van and was well dressed himself. Phil was friendly and sociable from the start. I chose to be present during the inspection and am very happy I did. The inspection began with Phil walking the roof and inspecting the exterior of the property. Next Phil got out his drone and took aerial pictures of the roof and property. He had already found issues with the roof within the first 15 minutes. The inspection then moved inside where Phil meticulously inspected and photographed the entire house including the attic and crawl spaces. I chose to have the thermal imaging done during my inspection which uncovered that one of the walls had no insulation in it! The amount of information gathered from the thermal imaging was incredible. Phil showed me how he measured the AC inlet and outlet temperatures and could check for AC leaks with the thermal. I could go on and on about the thermal but for brevity sake I will say that I think it was worth every penny. From start to finish he was there for approx. 3 hours. He discovered multiple issues that I was unaware of and provided picture documentation of all of them. I chose to have Phil inspect my future home because I heard he was a good, honest guy that did quality work and am happy to report that all of these are true. I am thankful for the great work Phil did and am confident that I know the true condition of the home I am purchasing. I asked Phil for multiple business cards before he left because I will be emphatically recommending him to everyone I know.
