The Master Inspection Group is a leader in the home and commercial inspection industry. In the East Tennessee area we were one of the first inspection services to to offer EDI Certified Stucco Inspections.
Specifically trained, licensed and insured for EIFS and Stucco systems. "We offer you a higher level of certainty." There are two main types of stucco inspections. The more complete is called a Moisture Intrusion Inspection and the lesser is the limited Visual Only Inspection. The majority of our clients need the information that the full moisture intrusion evaluation provides, yet we understand that inspection costs are important. Consider both services and weigh the value that each will provide. You can order the Visual Only and then pay a return fee for the full Moisture Intrusion Inspection later. This inspection is recommended to all clients who want to know the condition of the structure in behind their stucco. The report will provide stucco identification, a visual inspection identifying system details and omissions, as well as the probing results and moisture content levels. This is more expensive, but it provides you with the needed information about the structure.
Dear Phil, I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased my husband and I were with your services. When we found ourselves in need of an inspector to work with we pulled from several sources; real estate agent, personal references, and the yellow pages. After we contacted your company we were pleased to find not only did you have 27 years of inspection experience, but that you could accommodate the unusual hours that our client preferred. We really appreciate the information you exchanged with us on site during the inspection. Your attention to detail was excellent ! We also appreciated your suggestions of how we could possibly resolve problems. If we are ever in need of inspection services or have any recommendations solicited from us we will be sure to send them your way.
Thanks again, Krista McCampbell

Summary: A+ work, A+ value, A+ guy
Phil Henderson inspected a property on 4/18/16 that I am in the process of purchasing. He arrived 15 minutes early in a clean and professional looking van and was well dressed himself. Phil was friendly and sociable from the start. I chose to be present during the inspection and am very happy I did. The inspection began with Phil walking the roof and inspecting the exterior of the property. Next Phil got out his drone and took aerial pictures of the roof and property. He had already found issues with the roof within the first 15 minutes. The inspection then moved inside where Phil meticulously inspected and photographed the entire house including the attic and crawl spaces. I chose to have the thermal imaging done during my inspection which uncovered that one of the walls had no insulation in it! The amount of information gathered from the thermal imaging was incredible. Phil showed me how he measured the AC inlet and outlet temperatures and could check for AC leaks with the thermal. I could go on and on about the thermal but for brevity sake I will say that I think it was worth every penny. From start to finish he was there for approx. 3 hours. He discovered multiple issues that I was unaware of and provided picture documentation of all of them. I chose to have Phil inspect my future home because I heard he was a good, honest guy that did quality work and am happy to report that all of these are true. I am thankful for the great work Phil did and am confident that I know the true condition of the home I am purchasing. I asked Phil for multiple business cards before he left because I will be emphatically recommending him to everyone I know.
