Why I offer infrared inspections.

Infrared is an advanced non-destructive technology that allows me to show you things about your home that no one can show you with conventional inspection methods.

An infrared inspection can identify and document:

· electrical faults before they cause a fire.

· overloaded and undersized circuits.

· circuit breakers in need of immediate replacement.

· missing, damaged, and/or wet insulation.

· heat loss and air infiltration in walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors.

· water and moisture intrusion that could lead to mold.

Thermal imaging better determines the actual problem as opposed to merely identifying symptoms. I include this visual documentation within your inspection report providing hard proof in color. Use an inspector who doesn't have the latest in high tech equipment and what you get is usually a disclaimer, excuse, or a guess at a homes condition. We use the latest technology to determine the true condition of any visual defects and have the skills and training to use it to the full advantage of our clients.

This is our gas combustion analyzer and it allows us to do very specific tests on the gas appliances and equipment. If for instance a gas furnace or water heater is not functioning correctly , it may be emitting dangerous levels of carbon monoxide, a dangerous and deadly gas.

Our company uses the best inspection reporting software in the industry.  Our inspectors can deliver a report, complete with digital photos, illustrations, and informative content through e-mail.  Now, instead of waiting for the daily mail or trying to decipher a handwritten report, inspection customers can simply log into their e-mail and retrieve their reports.  All of this means faster, more efficient, and more professional inspections that save everyone’s valuable time.
