Offering a higher level of certainty

You and your clients will benefit from my years of experience and commitment to providing the highest level of technology and training. One of the biggest mistakes you can make as an agent involve referring a home inspector with limited experience in the field of home inspections. I personally do not ask for referrals and simply ask to be placed on your list of inspection providers. We are confident your client will choose us as their professional home inspector and consultant. Here are a few things we do you will find beneficial:

• We are Affiliate Members of the Knoxville Board of Realtors and have Supra keys should you not be able to attend the inspection.
• I abide by a strict code of ethics and service level that recognizes the client and respects the other real estate professionals and their services to the client.
• I have years of experience working and dealing directly with people. I have very good communication skills and a genuine desire to get along with all parties to solve problems. My level of service to the our communities involves an 19 year involvement  with the Child Identification Program, a child safety service that I direct in our local schools. I worked with principals, teachers, and school administrators to provide child identification services and home safety programs. I have received national honors for my service in this important family service.
• I provide a free limited warranty with all my full home inspections.
• My inspection and reporting process conforms to a formula of client convenience and information accuracy. I spend most of my time inspecting the property and not rushing to get a report done. I document the home with a PDA computer and with digital still pictures and video so we have a record of the homes condition on the day of inspection. We do not provide a complete report at the time of inspection because it takes time from our clients, owners and your busy schedule. We can provide a Summary Report on site that will highlight the inspection concerns. Our reports are so good it usually takes about 1-2 hours to compile the final version. The complete report is available later that day by email or secure download.
• My reports are of the highest quality available. We use the industry best 3-D inspection report system. We take our notes on PDA computers at the inspection and transfer all data into the 3-D system for report generation. My reports are narrative style and not checklists. They are easy to read and thorough, complete with photos, graphs, charts, illustrations, and item description paragraphs. We rarely have a client call us asking for more explanation about their report.
• You can call me directly on my cell....anytime....24/7 should you have a question or need further service.
• I have the answers..... I believe you should not present a problem without presenting a solution. I'm a ICC Certified Housing and Preservation Inspector (International Code Council) and SBCCI certified Housing Rehabilitation Inspector , so I'm qualified to give professional opinion on how to make most repairs, and eliminating the need for third party opinions in most cases. I also have the best available technology and training to diagnose and confirm concerns and defects. Imagine how much time that can save you and your clients.  As you know...most inspectors are not qualified or willing to offer this service. We will also willing provide follow up inspections services on any repairs.
• I'm an Infrared Certified™ home inspector and provide this high technology service as an optional upgrade to a conventional inspection. Infrared allows us to literally see through the walls to detect concerns not visible to the human eye. An example of the benefits include verifying the current moisture activity of a stain found on a high vaulted ceiling. Our infrared camera gives instant analysis and provides hard evidence in color, thereby eliminating the need for third party evaluations and delays.
• I offer the highest level pre-sale or pre-list home inspections service in the industry. The Pre-Inspected Program offers the seller an opportunity to have their home pre-inspected and earn our Pre-Sale Certified™ designation.
